Home Safety Inspection – Annual Subscription

This annual subscription encompasses a comprehensive home inspection to verify the safety and integrity of your gas system.

Each component of your gas system will be meticulously inspected and documented. Any detected violations or safety concerns will be addressed, and the customer hereby authorizes any necessary repairs, including parts, labor, and tax, at an additional cost to the home inspection. The customer is required to report any concerns regarding the propane system at the time of inspection.

This subscription is exclusively limited to the annual home safety inspection and does not encompass any additional services. Further testing, if required, must be scheduled through our office. This subscription constitutes an annual, recurring service. The customer explicitly agrees to participate in yearly inspections and pay the corresponding annual fee for this yearly service, with an approved credit card on file. Any additional inspections or repairs will be invoiced at our standard rate of $125 per hour or at our after-hours fee, which is one and a half times our standard rate; holidays are billed at twice the standard rate.
