Stephen Dobyns
Owner/CEO

I’m Stephen, a dedicated and experienced professional in the propane industry. My journey began 12 years ago, working alongside my father, where I started as a Bobtail Driver and later became a skilled Service Technician. In 2018, I took the next step and founded my own location, building a team of talented individuals who share my passion for exceptional service. Now, with my father’s retirement, I’m proud to lead our team, serving 9 counties and continuing our legacy of reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction. I’m Maria, a dedicated professional with 6 years of experience in the propane industry. While my primary role is in the office, I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get hands-on in the field when needed. My unique blend of administrative and field experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of the industry, allowing me to effectively bridge the gap between operations and customer needs. I’m passionate about building strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike, and I’m always looking for ways to improve processes and drive success.

With 11 years of experience in the propane industry, I’ve come a long way from my office roots to becoming a reliable and skilled delivery specialist. Every day, I’m out on the road, delivering propane and serving my community with a smile. My unique journey has given me a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for providing excellent service. When I’m not driving the roads, you can find me sharing my expertise and helping others grow in the field.

With a rich history of strategic market expansion and contraction, the company was founded by Robert Dobyns and Sheila Dobyns (Adams), who established themselves in the propane market in Porter in 1986.
